In 2025, I had the privilege of working with TomTom, Smart Cities Dive and our writers and producers at Informa TechTarget's Studio to create the three-part podcast, TomTalks: Cities in Motion. This podcast explores three topics related to the larger theme of urban mobility transformation challenges and opportunities in three different cities - New York, Los Angeles and San Jose.

Pearson Review of Progress and Learning (PRoPL)
I had the opportunity to work with Pearson and PieholeTV to create videos emphasizing solutions for student growth. The Pearson Review of Progress and Learning (PRoPL) provides educational administrators and teams within schools and districts with an interim assessment that can be aligned to any set of reading and math state standards.
I worked with Constant Contact, a well-known online marketing company, to create an ebook to discuss how Schools are competing for a shrinking pool of students while rising costs continue to erode public confidence in higher education. In this environment, strong, strategic marketing is essential for any institution that wants to stand out and succeed.
This was my first contrast therapy session at SweatHouz in Lakeview, East. This is the perfect place to go to if you're an athlete, avid gym goer or individual dealing with chronic muscle pain. Your first is $50 for a full hour.
In this short-form video, I was invited to the soft launch of Next Health's newest storefront in Lincoln Park, Chicago. I received a full tour of the facility, a run-down of their services and memberships and an LED light therapy session.
In 2025, I served as a freelance (non-compensation) marketing manager for my client, Flex & Flow. To build their social media and brand presence, I curated the idea #FitFridayTips for my client to post about him and his staff each week. I worked with my client to pick the topic, then built the script and edited the video, adding Instagram and social media copy/captions.
